This past weekend me and the ‘Chef’ had a little get together for a few friends. We were looking for a recipe that would be quick and easy, but make a huge impression. Here is the idea we came up with: use our main dish as an eye catching centerpiece. This beautiful baked red snapper does just that, while keeping prep time to a minimum (that’s always important when cooking for a crowd).
