Chopping can be a pain in the butt if you’re using a light plastic cutting board. I often find myself sliding the board all over the place. Danielle showed me a great tip the other day. Wet a paper towel and place it under the board. It will create friction between the smooth plastic and the counter, and allow you to cut and slice away.
