
Food is a passion of mine. I grew up in a Southern home where fried chicken and hush puppies where king. From an early age I was in the kitchen asking questions, sneaking samples, and making a mess. Now that I’m older the questions are trickier, the sampling is no longer hidden, and the messes are BIGGER. I may never be able to tell you the difference between a roux and a sauce, but I don’t believe I have too. My motto ‘recipes are like speed limits; just a suggestion!’ My secret lies in my heart. I love to eat food, explore the way food is made, and photograph food. The textures and flavors excite my taste buds. The color and presentation stimulates my eye.
