Although I am not a professional chef by trade, I believe in following recipes and proper technique in the kitchen… at least when you are making something for the first time or practicing new techniques. Keep it clean, keep it organized and keep it efficient. I believe in fresh ingredients and NEVER look at price when food shopping.

I have always loved both cooking and baking and I enjoy experimenting and trying new combinations and flavors. I love having friends over (the more the merrier) and would cook every night of the week if I could.

My only rule in my kitchen is ‘no onions’…
